NOTICE TO VILLAGE RESIDENTS
A complete revaluation of the Village of Randolph is currently being done for the 2016 assessment year. Property owners will be notified by mail when the assessor is working in their neighborhood. After the inspections have been completed and the assessment roll established, the assessor will mail a Notice of Changed Assessment to each property owner.
GARBAGE PICK UP
Garbage pick up will take place on Wednesday following a holiday that lands on Monday or Tuesday. This will happen three times this year, the Wednesday following Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
There was one (1) absentee ballot not returned prior to the close of the election on August 9th in Dodge County.

Public Notice of Polling Location & Hours
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the electors of the Village of Randolph that the Partisan Primary Election will be held at the Randolph Municipal Building at 248 W Stroud Street on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Polls will be open from 7:00am to 8:00pm. The polling place is accessible to elderly and disabled voters.
If you have any questions concerning your polling place, contact the municipal clerk, Ellen Jung, 248 W Stroud Street, 920-326-4600, Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am to noon.
Notice of Meeting of the Local and Municipal Board of Canvassers
At the closing of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. SS 19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as a joint meeting of the Local Board of Canvassers and the Municipal Board of Canvassers for the purpose of conducting the local and municipal canvasses pursuant to Wis. Stat. SS 7.51 and 7.53(1). This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. SS 19.81-89.
